1. Returns and Refunds

We have strong confidence in our products and customer satisfaction is important to us, even if they don't like our products. Please contact our customer service prior sending back for a return, exchange. or replacement. We honor 15-day full refund, exchange, or replacement for unopened (seals remain intact and product in its original condition) items.  Return postage is paid by customer.

 

2. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We take your privacy seriously and we do not rent, sale, or share your information. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within in 1-2 business days after payments are cleared. We will notify you if longer time is required. If you have questions about the lead time and product, please contact our customer service. Mebo Life Science uses US major shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Tracking number is provided for each order/shipment. Free shipping on all 48 states except Hawaii and Alaska. $12 shipping rate applies to Hawaii and Alaska.
